Forest to Fork

Forest to Fork is a family-run business based on the Black Isle in the Highlands of Scotland.  They provide a professional deer management service and run a small larder for processing their own venison.  Every pack of venison butchered and sold by Forest to Fork can be traced back to within a few feet of its source. Nick and Lizzy will be bringing along a tasty selection of wild venison products for you to try.

Cullisse Highland Rapeseed Oil

This multi-award-winning range of natural and flavoured rapeseed oils is produced from oilseeds grown and gently cold-pressed at Cullisse Farm in the Highlands of Scotland.  There are 7 flavours to complement their natural cold-pressed rapeseed oil in a variety of pack formats from gift sets to 100ml, 250ml and 500ml bottles.

Ord Oak Smokehouse

On offer will be smoked salmon (hot and cold), as well as other seafood and seafood products. Try Craig’s delicious smoked salmon pate.  All lovingly smoked and prepared at their Muir of Ord smokehouse.

Easter Balmungie Farm

A Culbokie Market regular, Ann will be bringing a selection of goodies from her farm: lamb, eggs, herbs and herbs.

Cromarty Brewing Company

A family-run multi-award-winning craft brewery based in the picturesque Cromarty Firth, producing innovative, handcrafted, small-batch beers.  Come and see the range from their ever-popular Happy Chappy to their more unusual beer.

Empanadas Bravas

The team will be in their new trailer selling their delicious empanadas, Basque cheesecake and other Spanish yummies.  Enjoy a warm empanada with a cuppa at the Festival or take some home for later.

Pro Fish

Pro Fish will be selling their range of ultra-fresh fish and shellfish which has come straight off boats landed in a Scottish port, and either processed in-house, smoked at a local smokehouse or cured in-house.

Xoko

Xoko will be bringing a range of their of high-quality artisan sourdoughs, pastries, and cakes baked in Inverness.  The name XOKO, pronounced shaw-ko, comes from the ancient Nahuatl language in Mexico and means “The village where the bitter fruit grows”. It is thought this is the origin of the word chocolate.

Black Isle Dairy

The Mackenzie family from Rootfield Farm make artisan dairy products from their own herd of Holstein, Ayrshire and Jersey cows. These include their delicious gelato-style ice cream and natural yoghurt.

Chilliman

Love the Heat Love the Taste.  Whatever level of heat you like in your sauce, the Chilliman will have one for you.  Whether super hot, medium hot, mild or hot fruity even artisan hot sauce like coffee, yes, coffee, have fun finding the one you love.  Look out for this years Chilliman’s Challenge!

GlenWyvis

Nestled beneath the sprawling mass of Ben Wyvis in the Scottish Highlands, the GlenWyvis Distillery was established in 2015. The idea was to unite the community of Dingwall through the creation of a distillery owned by local people.  Come and try our award-winning gins and whiskeys.

Caledonian Cider

A range of ciders lovingly made from Highland apples, a stone’s throw from the Black Isle.

Newhall Mains

Meet some of the Newhall team and view their sumptious restaurant menus - if you're quick you might get to a taster of their delicious food.  Don't miss their demo in the Ark Demo Marquee in the carpark, remember to pick up your ticket at the Ticket Both near the entrance.

Cruciferous Croft

Discover the unique flavours of our authentic artisanal sauerkrauts, carefully crafted from homegrown cabbages in the scenic West Coast Scottish Highlands.

Struie Hill Preserves

Howard and the team will be offering samples of their fantastic range of preserves, jams and more.  

The Keltic Kitchen

We handcraft delicious Belgian chocolate fudge in the heart of the Highlands, using only the best ingredients and a wide range of natural flavourings and local distilleries to bring you an extensive selection.  Our dark chocolate range is dairy free.

Clyth Charcuterie

Clyth will have their tasty range of traditional, hand made meats at the Festival. All produce is made from free range animals, reared in their own croft in Caithness.

Kompassion Kombucha

Good for the gut, great for the planet. We use only 100% natural ingredients and strive to abide by the three R's (reduce, reuse and recycle). So not only do we offer the highest quality Kombucha, but we produce it sustainably. 

Sally Knight (Ceramics)

A small studio ceramicist drawing inspiration from the intricately beautiful textures and colours of nature, I love to incorporate my passion for pottery with the everchanging coastline on my doorstep.

Stravaig Pottery

Come and see Gillian’s range of wheel-thrown functional stoneware and porcelain.  All made in her lovely garden studio in Culbokie.

Taylor Woodcraft

I am a semi retired carpenter and enjoying spending more time fulfilling my passion of wood turning which I have enjoyed for many years.  I will have a variety of wooden items for foodies like salt/pepper grinders, cheese knives, graters, pizza wheels and also bowls, platters as well as trinket boxes, yarn bowls and bird feeders.

Ice and Fire

We are a family-run small batch Craft Distillery in Caithness. Current Products are Caithness Highland Gin and Crofter, come a try before you buy at the Festival.

Culbokie Cake Fairies                

If you have been enjoying a treat from the Bake Box, you will want to take some time out at the Festival to enjoy a cake with a cuppa in the Festival Chill Zone.

Seafield Game              

Seafield Game will be selling their range of wild Game and locally-sourced high quality farmed meats freshly butchered for you

Nae Bad Coffee

NaeBad Coffee and Cake is a sibling run business established in 2021. After a passion of baking and both loving coffee, we decided to take on the challenge of converting a vintage horse trailer into our own business. Everything we sell is homemade, and we are proud to say many of our recipes have been created within the family

Struan Apiaries

Struan Apiaries will have on sale their wonderful heather and blossom honey, harvested in the Highlands, as well as their range of delicious home-made preserves, chutneys, mustards, sauces and curds.
