Through an arrangement with Cairn Housing Association,  CCT has facilitated the development of six extra affordable rental homes at Glascairn. These have been built to a high standard of energy efficiency with good levels of insulation, electric heating and heat pumps. These homes are now fully occupied with many tenants having strong local connections.
